[レッスンの流れ] ストレッチ→筋トレ→アイソレーション(体の各部分を独立で動かす基礎練習)→ビートトレーニング(音にのって体を動かす練習)→ルーティーン(振付)
[Lesson Flow] Stretch → weight training → beat training → routine choreography

STREET, JAZZなどオールマイティーさを活かし舞台やSHOW CASEに多数出演。
また最近では海外での活動も幅広く行っている。
